Edna 100 bp DNA Ladder is a pre-mixed, ready-to-load molecular weight marker containing Orange G and Xylene Cyanol FF
as a tracking dye. A unique combination of PCR products is used to yield 12 fragments in the range of 100-3000 base pairs. The
500 and 1,500 bp bands have increased intensity to serve as reference points. The amount of DNA in each band is provided for
approximately predicting the mass of DNA in test samples.

Source: PCR products, ethanol precipitated and eluted in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 1mM EDTA.
