Edna 50 bp DNA Ladder is a pre-mixed, ready-to-load molecular weight marker containing Orange G as a tracking dye. A unique combination of PCR products is used to yield 17 fragments in the range of 50-1500 base pairs. The 200, 500 and 1,200 base pair bands have increased intensity to serve as reference points. The amount of DNA in each band is provided for approximately predicting the mass of DNA in test samples.
