Product Description
The Bradford Reagent is used for rapid and economical estimation of protein concentration. It works on the principle that Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 dye binds to proteins, resulting in a color change that can be measured spectrophotometrically. Upon binding, the dye–protein complex shows a shift in absorbance, allowing accurate quantification of protein levels. The assay is simple, fast, and suitable for routine protein analysis in research laboratories.
