Edna Miniprep Plasmid isolation kit enables purification of plasmid DNA from overnight E. coli culture with high yield, purity, and
repeatability. The technology uses silica spin columns with high binding capacity for efficient manual sample prep.

• Principle: The whole nucleic acid isolation process combines simple steps of sample lysis, cell debris precipitation, plasmid DNA binding to the Silica Column, washing and elution.
• Binding Capacity: Up to 20 μg
• Yield: 3-5 μg plasmid DNA/mL culture            
• Culture Volume: Up to 5mL culture (Not to exceed 15 OD units)
