Edna cDNA synthesis kit is a complete system for efficient synthesis of first strand cDNA from mRNA or total RNA templates.

The kit consists of two optimized mixes, M-MuLV Enzyme Mix and M-MuLV Reaction Mix. M-MuLV Enzyme Mix combines M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase and Murine RNase Inhibitor, while M-MuLV Reaction Mix contains dNTPs, buffer and an optimized blend of oligo(dT) and random hexamer primers. This blend is optimized
for the production of targets <1kb in length. Edna cDNA synthesis kit produces excellent results in both real time and conventional
RT-PCR.
