Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase with 5´→ 3´ polymerase activity and 5´ flap endonuclease activity. Edna Taq products are recombinantly produced in E. coli, are thus highly pure, and offer robust and reliable PCR activity.
