Antibody Standard for PNGase F

Edna's Antibody Standard for PNGase F is a highly purified and characterized recombinant IgG-1 monoclonal antibody. This antibody standard can be used as a positive control for PNGase F as it contains typical IgG N-glycosylation in a conserved Asn (#297) in the Fc region.

The monoclonal antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kDa with two heavy chains each of 51 kDa and two light chains each of 23 kDa. During complete deglycosylation with PNGase F, a shift of 3 kDa in the heavy chain is observed.

Frozen in 10 mM sodium phosphate (pH 7.0), 100 mM NaCl formulation buffer

Deglycosylation Assay :

2 µL of Edna Antibody Standard for PNGase F, mixed with 2 µL of PNGase F and 1X PNGase F Reaction Buffer, incubated at 37 °C for 1 hour should give >95% band shift in the heavy chain under reducing gel conditions.
