EdnaQuick Ligation Kit for Rapid/Blunt-End Ligation
Our Rapid/Blunt-End Ligation Kit enables efficient DNA ligation at room temperature in just 10 minutes for both blunt- and sticky-ends. The kit contains a custom reaction buffer, T4 DNA Ligase enzyme and PEG-4000 with custom protocol. Ligation efficiency is equivalent to that of standard 1-2 hour ligations for sticky-ends, and greatly enhanced for blunt-ends.

EdnaBeads™ kits use custom-synthesized paramagnetic beads with high binding capacity, uniform particle size and ultra-fast magnetic response for various DNA extraction applications. EdnaBeads™ Bacterial Plasmid Extraction Kit
The kit enables purification of plasmid DNA from overnight cultured E. coli cells with high yield, purity, and repeatability, using our custom magnetic bead-based technology for DNA binding and elution. Yields of 4-16 μg and A260/280 ratio of 1.7-1.9 are consistently achieved.
