Ultra-RNase A, Recombinant

Cloned from Bos Taurus, overexpressed in E. coli

RNase A is an endoribonuclease routinely used for removal of RNA during DNA isolation procedures. RNase A products from Edna are 100% recombinant and free of any contaminating nucleases.

Through extensive purification and refolding steps, Edna’s Ultra-RNase A has 2-3x the activity in Kunitz units per mg compared to competing products in the market extracted from bovine pancreas.
